Airline logos: Delta, Southwest, Alaska, Frontier and American are the official SVGs from Wikimedia Commons (public domain, pictures/logos-official/). Alaska uses the official script with an "AIRLINES" line set beneath it (AS-mark.svg). American uses the official wordmark plus a drawn look-alike of its flight symbol (AA-mark.svg). United has no current logo on Commons, so it's a drawn globe + wordmark (pictures/logos.js). Maps use us-atlas and world-atlas outlines.
