スキルは skills/{name}/SKILL.md にフラットに並べ、カテゴリは marketplace.json だけで表現する （source: "./" + strict: false + skills: [...]）。分類を変えたくなったら JSON の配列を 動かすだけで済み、ファイルは動かさない。
