A task tracker for the Filamer Christian University Student Republic — Roxas Avenue, Roxas City, Capiz.
• What am I responsible for, and when is it due?
• How far along is this event?
…then prints the whole picture as an official colour report the council can hand out on paper.
No build step, no server, no install. Either:
• Double-click index.html — it opens in the browser and works.
• Or serve the folder statically (only needed if your browser blocks local fonts):
To put it online, upload the folder to GitHub Pages, Netlify, or any static host.README 전문 보기 ↗A task tracker for the Filamer Christian University Student Republic — Roxas Avenue, Roxas City, Capiz.

localStorage). No backend, no accounts, no logins.Aug 12, 2026 (Wed). With no database, Settings → Backup is the only way to move the tracker to another device or recover from a cleared browser.
| Screen | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | A one-line read of the day, three numbers that double as filters, then one list. Tap a number to filter it. |
| My tasks | Pick your name once — the device remembers it. Tap any status chip to change it inline. |
| Events | Every event, and the detail page where tasks are created and the report is printed. |
Settings (gear icon, top right) holds the officer directory, positions and committees, the report letterhead, and backup.
Events are the entry point. A task cannot exist outside an event, so the flow is always New event → Add task. Adding eight tasks in a row is one motion: the form stays open and refocuses after each save, keeping the assignee, date and priority.
One search, not several. The magnifier in the header (or the / key, or ⌘K) searches tasks, events and people at once.
Five main tabs stay across the top — Overview, My tasks, Directives, Letters, Events. Everything used less often sits under More instead of becoming a sixth, seventh and eighth tab:
| Area | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Calendar | Month, Week and Agenda views of events, task deadlines, directives and letters. Nothing is typed in twice — every item is read from its own record. Also on Events as List / Calendar. |
| Bulletin Board | Official announcements. Only FCUSR Nationals post (checked on the device and again by the database). Audience, priority, schedule, expiry, pin, a link, and an optional I have read this with a "87 of 103" count. Expired posts move to Previous by themselves. |
| People | The directory: search and filter by unit, role and account status; a profile shows current work. No rankings. |
| Tools | The Watermark Studio (runs here, on the device — photos are never uploaded) and download pages for the separate FCUSR Event Management System and FCUSR Score Tracker apps. |
| Archive | Academic years. Closing a year deletes nothing: its records become read-only and leave the working screens. Any year can be viewed, the Term report (PDF + CSV) exported, and a closed year reopened for corrections. |
The header adds a bell (things that need you, updates, announcements), the
+ for creating anything you are allowed to create, and search (/ or
⌘K), which also runs commands such as "create event" or "watermark".
Events can start from a template (six built in; units keep their own, and the Nationals can share one with everyone) or be duplicated from the ⋯ menu as a fresh record. The same menu shows the activity's history.
The tracker uses the FCUSR Hub's design system so the two read as one institution: warm paper and cream, one gold accent, warm black for weight (the header, the desktop rail, dialog headers), Bricolage Grotesque for headings and Public Sans for text — all shipped with the app, since nothing may load from elsewhere. The printed reports and slips are unchanged.
Every step on a letter — handed in, signed, seen — opens a short sheet asking
who handed it in, who received it and who signed or processed it, already
filled in with the person carrying the letter, today's date and the officer
pressing the button. Who handled it on each office of the trail shows the
whole record. Needs backend/supabase/letter-stops.sql (see backend/SETUP.md).
In the Watermark Studio, Size → Cover whole photo stretches a full-frame watermark edge to edge; Fit inside makes it as large as it goes without cropping. The built-in Full-photo overlay preset does the first at 100%.
Every screen draws a task the same way:
● Confirm the guest speaker ← priority dot + title
Althea Ramirez · Foundation Week · Aug 13 ← who, where, when
[3 days late] [Blocked ▾] ← deadline chip + status (tap to change)
A red rail down the left edge means overdue. Colour is never the only signal — the words are always there too.
Export PDF lives on an event detail page and covers that event only — there is deliberately no all-events export.
!, so they survive a black-and-white photocopy.FCUSR-TaskReport-[Event-Title]-[YYYY-MM-DD].pdf.Page geometry lives in exactly two places, which must agree:
assets/js/report.js → the PAGE object at the top.assets/css/print.css → the @page rule at the top.Settings → Report letterhead → Upload. It appears in the app header and on every report. PNG or JPG.
There are no accounts and no server, so the risk is not "who can log in" — it is what a file or a pasted string can make the page do. Three things guard that:
index.html forbids loading or executing anything external, and forbids inline script entirely. Even if something slipped past the escaping, it has no way to run.Uploaded emblems must be real PNG or JPEG data (SVG is refused, since SVG can carry script). Everything the app needs is vendored locally, so it never talks to the network.
Ships with 3 events, 19 tasks and 8 officers — some done, some overdue, one blocked, one unassigned — so the screens and the PDF can be judged immediately.
Remove it any time with Settings → Data → Clear sample data. Anything you created yourself stays.
