Local Development
npm install
npm run dev # needs .env.local (DATABASE_URL, NEXTAUTH_SECRET, ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, ...)
npm run build runs prisma migrate deploy first, which requires DATABASE_URL. To build without touching the database: npx next build.
