Repository releases use CalVer (YYYY.MM). Individual plugins maintain independent semver. Releases are cut quarterly or when significant changes land.

Lore Development - Project Context

Purpose: Build and organize project context for development workflows

Version: 4.0.0 Location: lore-development/

A lightweight plugin for building and organizing project context. Current skills capture intent, explore ideas, prepare optional plans, and support implementation and retrospectives. Lore is historical context to reconsider against the user's current direction, not a binding specification or required plan.

Field Guide - Project Knowledge

Purpose: Selectively distill useful project understanding into a searchable .lore/reference/ wiki

Location: field-guide/

Field Guide can synthesize eligible historical artifacts into reference pages, while checking current behavior against code and tests. It is not an automatic compilation of every lore artifact: pages are kept selective, and adding nothing is a valid outcome.

• Selective lore distillation with user direction taking precedence

Purpose: Desktop and mobile notifications when Claude needs attention

Mind Reader - Active Feedback

Purpose: Gentle nudges based on session patterns and sentiment analysis

Version: 1.0.0 Location: mind-reader/

Get proactive feedback when sessions run long, you're working unusual hours, or frustration patterns emerge.

Features:

• Temporal detection (session duration, prompt count)
• Unusual hours awareness
• Sentiment analysis (optional, via VADER)
