A focus-timer dashboard for contractors juggling multiple client projects. Track billable hours per project, one timer at a time, without a login or a backend.

What it does

• Up to 8 project widgets, each with its own timer, target hours, hourly rate, and top 3 priorities
• Start one timer and any other running timer auto-pauses — no manual stop/start juggling
• +15 min for quick manual adjustments, and an editable "total hours tracked" field for when you forget to hit start/stop
• Export a CSV of all projects and tracked hours
• Reset all timers at once (e.g. every Monday)
• All data lives in the browser's localStorage — nothing leaves your machine, no account needed

Running locally

Scope

This is a single-user, client-side tool by design: no auth, no server, no multi-device sync. Data is per-browser and persists across refreshes, but clearing site data resets it to a blank dashboard.
