Enforce the architectural boundaries that AI-generated JVM code silently crosses — as a CI gate you can trust. candor-java reads compiled bytecode via ASM and knows which methods reach the network, filesystem, a database, a subprocess, the environment — transitively — then turns invariants like "the domain layer does no I/O" or "domain must not depend on infra" into a CANDOR_POLICY that fails the build when an edit breaks them (deny/pure/allow/forbid, AS-EFF-006/008/009).
