Change Loop is a software-change harness for AI coding agents. It gives the agent a repeatable way to agree on a change, implement it away from your working tree, prove it with real evidence, and only then bring it into the project. Change Loop uses OpenSpec for durable requirements and the repository's own tools for implementation and testing. It does not replace your coding agent, test framework, CI system, or Git workflow. The product is Change Loop; the installed package and CLI remain claude-foundation, so existing commands do not change.
