A post-quantum, Utreexo-native proof-of-work cryptocurrency. Dinero accepts NIST-standardized post-quantum signatures at the consensus layer — ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204), valid since block 0 — and uses Utreexo accumulators so a validating node proves coin existence from a compact accumulator instead of maintaining a multi-gigabyte UTXO database. The same validation logic runs inside mobile wallets through NodeCore, so the phone verifies for itself rather than trusting a server.
