Both are static, single-file HTML — no build step, open directly in a browser. They link to each other via a tab bar, so keep them in the same folder.
demo/quote-scheduler.html — Approved Jobs. Lists quotes that are ready to book (approved via Invoice2go, or a client email saying they want to go ahead with a specific quote number), lets you pick a date/time per job, and opens a pre-filled Google Calendar event to confirm. Each quote's number links to its Invoice2go estimate, and has a screenshot-upload button for pulling client details in from that estimate — reads it automatically if the optional backend is set up (see docs/screenshot-ocr-setup.md), otherwise prompts you to paste it into chat with Claude; the read details sync live to every device, not just the one that read it. Searchable by quote number or name. Approvals fold into collapsible per-week sections after the current week (current week included — every week can be folded/unfolded the same way).demo/enquiries.html — New Enquiries. Lists prospective clients asking for a quote/estimate, pulled from cloudmail contact-form forwards, hipages lead invitations, and other direct quote-request emails. Searchable by name or suburb. Toggle between grouping by suburb or by the exact day they came in, and optionally bring your target service-area suburbs to the top. Folds into collapsible per-week sections after the current week (current week included). Both use hardcoded data kept up to date by hand from a recurring Gmail search. See docs/email-parsing-rules.md for the detection rules and what's needed to make either page read the inbox live.
Every enquiry has two checkboxes, Tim and David, so whoever's picking it up can mark it — this is shared live across everyone's devices (polls every ~15 seconds), not just saved in one browser. Ticking one never removes or hides the entry. Every approved job instead has a single 📅 Booked in checkbox — pre-ticked and locked once the daily calendar scan finds its booking, otherwise a manual toggle for flagging one booked in ahead of the scan. Both need a small Vercel KV database connected — see docs/claims-setup.md.
demo/index.html — Home. A landing page linking to both of the above.demo/shopping-list.html — a shared shopping list, no login required.
Add an item, tap it to tick it off (and tap again to un-tick), and it
syncs live to everyone else with the page open. Ticked items auto-remove
after 48 continuous hours. Backed by a small Supabase
table instead of the hardcoded/Vercel-KV data the pages above use — see
docs/shopping-list-setup.md for setup. The demo/ folder is set up as an installable PWA (progressive web app) —
deployed and opened on a phone or desktop, it can be added to the home
screen/dock and opens full-screen like a native app, no app store needed.
docs/screenshot-ocr-setup.md for the
same steps, if you haven't already) — vercel.json at the repo root
routes /, /quote-scheduler.html, /enquiries.html, and the PWA
files (manifest.json, sw.js, icons) to their files under demo/.https://fostersfencingapp.vercel.app/)
on your phone. The job/enquiry data itself is still static and hand-updated, as
described above — installing it as an app just packages the same pages
so they're easy to open on a phone. A small service worker
(demo/sw.js) caches the pages so it still opens (showing the
last-loaded data) with no signal.
Colors and the logo mark are pulled from the actual Fosters Fencing quote letterhead: navy, gold, red on white/near-black. Logo is embedded inline (base64) in each page so they stay self-contained; the source image also lives at demo/assets/fosters-fencing-logo.jpg.
