Open Abundance

Mobile-first, offline-capable PWA for daily action, financial goals, visible progress and coordinated growth with other people.

Current State

Open Abundance is a broad technical pre-alpha. The repository already contains onboarding, wishes, Core/Wallet, levels, reinvestment, a financial calculator, Today, challenges, tasks/streaks, social profiles and feed, referrals/teams, Trust-lite, projects and an early marketplace foundation.

The current product iteration is not feature expansion. It is the preparation of one coherent closed-pilot journey for 20-50 Russian-speaking users:

Features that exist in code but have not passed manual user verification are not considered complete. The canonical operational status and ordered queue live in docs/MASTER_KANBAN.md. The shared product lore, values, principles and FAQ live in docs/OPEN_ABUNDANCE_LORE.md. Concrete development decisions live in docs/OPEN_ABUNDANCE_MASTER_PLAN.md, while accumulated context and open questions live in docs/PROJECT_MEMORY.md.

The system-wide growth model, process priority, AI development path and challenge factory live in docs/OPEN_ABUNDANCE_SYSTEM_GROWTH_PLAN.md.

The intended user experience, shared values, use cases and collaboration scenarios live in docs/USER_CASES_AND_SCENARIOS.md, connecting personal wishes and plans with mutual help, reusable solutions and economic participation.

The shared mobile UI rule—compact overview, on-demand details, then one clear action—and the staged redesign of Challenges, Home, and Nova live in docs/ENGAGING_INTERFACE_PLAN.md.

The implementation specification for the My Blog creator workspace, compact drafts, public posts and cross-platform audience growth lives in docs/SOCIAL_PLATFORM_INTEGRATION_PLAN.md. It records MVP decisions, integration research and acceptance criteria; the first compact-blog stage is implemented locally and awaits User QA, while integrations and rollout remain separate tasks.

Economic Pilot Boundary

• Core and Wallet are separate internal balances with user-controlled reinvestment.
• Pilot Wallet obligations must be covered by a limited, observable fund.
• Demo stories must always be marked and kept separate from verified participant results.
• External withdrawal is not assumed to be generally available during the first closed pilot; any limited payout requires legal, reserve and operational readiness.

pnpm exec tsc --noEmit updates the tracked tsconfig.tsbuildinfo; restore that verification-only change afterward. The e2e smoke suite (tests/e2e/app-smoke.spec.ts) matches the current guest onboarding flow and passes within the 30-second budget. It needs NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY set (any value works, because the tests mock Supabase).

Open Abundance source code is licensed under GNU AGPL-3.0. Contributions are accepted under the same license with a DCO sign-off; see CONTRIBUTING.md.
