AIUGC — Hebrew AI UGC Ad Platform (backend)
Hebrew-first ad-generation platform for Israeli advertisers. Two services on one pipeline:
- Service A — 3–4s pre-rendered hook clip (curated bank) with a burned Hebrew hook line, hard cut
into the customer's phone-filmed demo, with burned Hebrew captions and optional Hebrew voiceover.
- Service B — UGC-style ads with consistent AI personas: a single-setting selfie talking head
(ElevenLabs V3 + HeyGen lip-sync behind ~800ms of leading silence), optionally opened by a
founder-made clip with the hook text burned over it, released through a founder QC gate.
All output: vertical 9:16, 1080×1920, H.264 MP4. Everything user-facing is Hebrew.
Status
Design + scaffold phase. The pipeline runs headless via CLI first (founder cold-outreach
samples), the self-serve web app comes later as a thin wrapper over the same functions.
External provider calls are stubbed behind DRY_RUN=1 until API keys exist.
