A rental management application for small landlords, with a portal for their tenants. A landlord
records their buildings, the units inside them and who rents which unit for how long, writes down
rent as it arrives, and follows repairs from the moment a tenant reports one until the tenant
confirms it is fixed. Rent status is never typed in: the system derives it from the ledger and
today's date. A tenant signs in to see their own tenancy, what they have paid, what is outstanding,
