Open-source, self-hosted AI coding agents that turn labelled GitHub issues into reviewed pull requests, sandboxed so that a prompt-injected agent cannot do harm. Built on Claude Code; Codex and Gemini are experimental. Shikumi is Japanese for a mechanism, a way of building a system so that it works. Label a GitHub issue and sandboxed AI agents analyse it, design it, plan it, build it and open pull requests, with a person kept in the loop on Telegram or Slack.
