Development, integration, and E2E commands fail without APP_SECRET.
bun run dev starts PostgreSQL with pgvector and Docling Serve automatically. No Docling setup or dashboard setting is required. Other deployments provide a private TALQO_DOCLING_URL alongside their Docling Serve service and keep the API upload directory persistent.
