Formerly "Focus", and originally "Calm Daily Coach". The display name and the
repo slug both changed (the slug on 2026-07-29). The calm-daily-coach
localStorage key namespace did not and never will: it is deliberately
frozen so no existing user loses saved plans, journal entries or settings.
The rename was a two-step operation that briefly breaks the live site,
because a rename fires no workflow event and Pages keeps serving the
un-rebuilt artifact. Read the rename runbook
