Bobi is a lightweight library for building and deploying proactive agents - agents that don't just do work when you talk to them, but respond to real-world events like ticket updates, incoming emails, GitHub PRs, Slack messages, or any webhook, acting on their own when something changes. Agents coordinate, delegate, and spin up new sub-agents on their own whenever the work calls for it.
