Structural diff of your CI logs, on every PR. Sift diffs one job's log against that job's log from the last green run on your base branch and posts one sticky comment — ranked by what matters, with the noise suppressed — plus an optional advisory gate. Deterministic; runs entirely in your CI (your logs never leave it). Your build job stays untouched — Sift pulls its log straight off the GitHub API, forwards the job's own verdict to the engine (four-class: SUCCESS / FAILURE / UNSTABLE / ABORTED), diffs, comments, and seeds the next baseline.
