檢視完整 README ↗CompliBoard tells a business what it must do to be compliant, and proves it against their real documents. It is sold to SMBs one industry vertical at a time, starting with chemical manufacturing in Oregon.
The one-sentence architecture: the Requirements module answers "what does this company have to do?" deterministically, so that "what's missing" is a database query and never an AI guess.
Signup asks four things — work email, password, company name, and a website that is optional and worth giving. The account, the company and its main site are created in one transaction: together or not at all.
The website is read once, and it proposes. Nothing it says is written on its word.
Three screens, every one leavable: Here's what we found — the sentence about the business,
the broad industry, the main site's address, each as plain text with a small change — then
three questions from the fact library, then done.
"Yes, that's us" saves what is on the card, through the routes that already own those tables:
the words straight onto companies under a column grant, every address through the geocoder.
The Dashboard says "Welcome, ‹their company›" on the first visit and "Welcome back" after, and carries on asking the three questions another day.
They work — the Compliance Workspace, Documents, Audits, HR, the Calendar — and My Account shows them their plan: $199 a month, their trial, and the day it ends.
Released in three parts: part A on 21 October (My Account's five tabs — the company, its sites, the people who can sign in, how you sign in, cancelling), part B on 22 October (the front door above), and part C on 29 October (billing).
Everything stays. You can sign in, read, download and print all of it. Asking, document reading and auditing pause with one plain sentence, and a band at the top of every page says so and offers a card. Uploading still works — your files are saved and queued, and they are read the day a card is added. Not paying never deletes anything. Only you can delete your company, and only from the Cancel tab, by typing its name.
Stripe is the authority; the product keeps a one-directional copy of what Stripe says so a page can
be drawn without asking Stripe on every request. No Stripe credentials are set on production, so
nothing can be charged: pressing Add a card answers "Card payment is not set up on this server
yet. Nothing was charged." and says so rather than failing quietly. Every existing company's trial
runs to 31 January 2027, so nobody is paused. docs/RELEASE.md's "When Stripe live mode is
ready" is the one gate left.
Where the real documentation is: CLAUDE.md for the rules, docs/HOW-WE-BUILD.md for the
method, docs/DECISIONS.md for every decision and why, STATUS.md for what works today, and
docs/RELEASE.md for how a release is actually run.
