Speak instead of typing. Native voice dictation for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The name is pronounced like "Dimi" — short for dimmi, Italian for "tell me". Dimmy is a cross-platform desktop app that turns your voice into text — instantly, in any application. It runs as a tiny overlay on your screen. Press a hotkey, speak, and your words are transcribed and pasted into whatever has focus: editors, browsers, chat apps, terminals, anywhere a cursor blinks.
