This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.

Tests

npm run test        # corre los tests una vez
npm run test:watch  # los deja corriendo mientras editas

La mayoría de los tests en tests/*.test.ts son de integración: necesitan Supabase corriendo localmente (npm run supabase:start, apunta por defecto a http://127.0.0.1:54321) con SUPABASE_ANON_KEY / SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY completados en .env.test.local — sin eso fallan con un error explicando justamente esto, no es necesario adivinarlo. Los tests puramente de lógica (fechas, formato, campos-clinicos) no necesitan nada de eso y corren siempre.
