Live calling is hidden
The UAE reserves consumer voice and video over IP for licensed telecom
operators, so the LiveKit calling feature ships switched off: no call route, no
call buttons, no navigation entry, and /api/livekit-token refuses to mint a
room grant. The code is intact behind one flag — see
docs/CALLS.md to turn it on where consumer calling is
permitted. Recorded video notes are store-and-forward, not realtime VoIP,
and remain available.
