$OMNOM DAO — Governance Platform
Off-chain, snapshot-based governance for $OMNOM token holders.
OMNOM DAO is a Next.js 16 (App Router) monolith that performs fully off-chain,
advisory governance against a frozen token-holding snapshot (Dogechain block
59,922,100, captured 2026-06-07). Because Dogechain is sunset, there are no live
smart contracts and no on-chain interactions — identity is proven via SIWE
(EIP-4361) message signing, verified server-side, then cross-referenced
against the immutable snapshot via O(log n) binary search.
Status (2026-10): live governance operations. The 16-week P0–P4 build is complete; the Foundational Governance Election elected Quadratic voting (2026-09-12) and the Wave 1 Referendum is running 2026-10-02 → 2026-11-01. See DOCS/STATUS.md and DOCS/REFERENDUM-WAVE1.md.

🔐 Security Notes
- Never commit secrets.
.env.local is gitignored.
- All Turso queries use parameterized statements.
- User-supplied HTML/Markdown is sanitized with DOMPurify before render.
- JWTs are HS256, stored in
httpOnly + Secure + SameSite=Strict cookies.
- The snapshot is an immutable static asset sealed with a SHA-256 hash.
