Environment variables

Optional:

• HIBP_API_KEY — HaveIBeenPwned API key. When set, email lookups include real breach counts.

What works today

• Landing page with animated search input
• Phone lookup: real country, region (US/CA/UK area-code hints), carrier line type (mobile/landline/VoIP/toll-free), E.164/international/national formats
• Email lookup: validation, provider identification, disposable/free/role-account detection, Gravatar URL, breach count (with HIBP key)
• Theatrical multi-step "searching…" animation before results reveal
• Paywall gate on results with $1 trial → $29.99/mo positioning
