Shared, searchable session history for Claude Code and Codex. Recover a past decision, find the session behind a change, or pick up work after an absence. Both agents contribute to the same local history and can recall each other's work. Hooks write JSONL events. Search, the Explorer, and session digests are independent ways to read them; keyword recall needs no server, and semantic search is optional. Real recorded activity, with project and file names replaced for these screenshots.
