Standalone, offline-capable PWA with 3,326 questions (1,207 real IMA exam + 2,119 AI-generated textbook questions), study notes, clinical calculators, FSRS-4.5 spaced repetition, and AI-powered explanations — all in one HTML file.

Architecture
Single-file monolith (shlav-a-mega.html, ~5,432 lines, 198 functions). No bundler, no framework, no build step. The four large render functions have been decomposed into 31 prefixed helper functions for readability while keeping everything in one file.

Development
Work on the active stage-a/ console under its AGENTS.md. Both apps are
static files with no production build step. Always use a branch and PR;
never push to main or use --no-verify.
Merges are trust-based (Eias, 17.10.2026), without CONCUR, signatures or Eias
sign-off. Only an OBJECT from cowork-szmc blocks. The coordinator merges
once validate, js-integrity and scan pass on the exact full head.
Claude Code and Codex do not self-merge. No review rounds.
GitHub Pages publishes the merged main branch from repository root /.
CI Pipeline
The required checks are:
- ci.yml / validate — JSON/schema checks, version sync, innerHTML audit,
image-map and HTML/brace checks, dependency installation and Vitest.
- integrity-guard.yml / js-integrity — inline/shared JavaScript syntax,
required functions, loader integrity, function-count comparison,
truncation detection, issue-queue threshold and cached-file integrity.
- gitleaks.yml / scan — working-tree secret scan using
.gitleaks.toml.
stage-a-ci.yml runs on console changes; its existing guards and mutation
shards are optional checks. New guards or mutations are not mandatory.

- Questions: 1,207 MCQs from official IMA Shlav A exams (2020\u20132025) + 2,119 AI-generated textbook questions
- Textbooks: Hazzard's Geriatric Medicine 8e (108 chapters), Harrison's Principles 22e (69 chapters)
- Drugs: Beers Criteria 2023 + ACB Scale (114 drugs)
- Regulations: 15 Israeli laws/regulations (Patient Rights, Dying Patient Act, POA, driving fitness, siud murkav, etc.)
- Articles: 6 mandatory geriatric clinical references + Brookdale 2024
