Layout

• roadmap.md — living strategic roadmap. What we're working on and why, in priority order.
• adr/ — Architecture Decision Records. One decision per numbered file with rationale and consequences.
• plans/ — implementation plans for substantial initiatives. Each plan has a status (proposed, active, done, superseded) and is typically paired with an umbrella tracking issue.
• audits/ — dated point-in-time audits and research snapshots. Frozen reference — never updated after the audit.
• private/ — local-only notes. Gitignored; not part of the tracked docs.
