Excalibur (xcb) is a metaharness and SDK for working with AI subscriptions. Its local, terminal-first workspace brings named accounts, local sessions, token observability, and composable extensions into one Rust and Ratatui interface. Native adapters for Claude, Codex, and Devin are in development, with restricted workspace tools and explicit runtime admission.
