Claude Code skills, agents and routine recipes, packaged as a plugin marketplace
Taken from the repository README

Read the full README ↗Claude Code skills, an agent and a routine recipe for a small software shop, packaged as a plugin marketplace. They plan the work, land it, write it up, and report what needs attention.
Each one says what it will not do. Most of them only read; the few that write say exactly what they write, and show you first.
Status: early. Versions, checked 2026-10-24: devofcodes-dev-workflow 0.2.1, devofcodes-repo-ops 0.2.1, devofcodes-own-it 0.2.1. The plugins were renamed on 2026-10-24 (see Renamed).
In Claude Code:
/plugin marketplace add Dev-of-Codes-LLC/agent-toolkit
/plugin install devofcodes-dev-workflow@agent-toolkit
/plugin install devofcodes-repo-ops@agent-toolkit
/plugin install devofcodes-own-it@agent-toolkit
Install any of them. Claude uses a skill when your request matches it; you can also name it ("use land-branch").
| Plugin | For | Contents |
|---|---|---|
devofcodes-dev-workflow | Day-to-day development in one repo | feature-doc, land-branch, docker-cleanup |
devofcodes-repo-ops | Backlog and status work across repos | ticket-writer, status-digest, org-map, backlog-planner (agent) |
devofcodes-own-it | Blunt reviews of what failed, inspired by Extreme Ownership | after-action |
On 2026-10-24 the plugins took the publisher's name, so that each one is distinct in Anthropic's plugin directory: dev-workflow, repo-ops and own-it became devofcodes-dev-workflow, devofcodes-repo-ops and devofcodes-own-it. Skills kept their names; only the namespace changed (/devofcodes-repo-ops:ticket-writer). An installed copy under an old name stops updating. To move over:
/plugin uninstall dev-workflow@agent-toolkit
/plugin uninstall repo-ops@agent-toolkit
/plugin uninstall own-it@agent-toolkit
/plugin install devofcodes-dev-workflow@agent-toolkit
/plugin install devofcodes-repo-ops@agent-toolkit
/plugin install devofcodes-own-it@agent-toolkit
A routine that reads a skill from a checkout needs the new folder, for example plugins/devofcodes-repo-ops/skills/status-digest/SKILL.md.

backlog-planner turns big items into draft tickets
ticket-writer turns an idea into one issue with one outcome and exact steps.land-branch rebases it, waits for every check, merges it, and rebuilds your local environment.feature-doc writes up what shipped.status-digest reads everything twice a week and reports what is red, stale or due. backlog-planner turns the bigger items into ordered draft tickets.Turns a finished feature or pull request into a page that someone can read months later and understand in a few minutes.
docs/features/<slug>.md in the repo (the source of record), plus a standalone HTML reference sheet with lettered panels, a title block and an optional whiteboard-style diagram, rendered by a Node script with no dependencies.Lands a branch on a main that moved ahead while you worked, typically because another session merged first.
main, through a pull request, with every check green, and your local environment rebuilt.--force-with-lease. It opens or updates the PR and waits for every check. It reads failed logs and decides whether the fault is in the branch, the rebase, the runner or main. It squash-merges, then runs your rebuild command.--auto or --admin, or force-push main. It never guesses a rebuild command.git and the GitHub CLI. Optional settings in .claude/toolkit.json: your fast checks, how long CI usually takes, and your rebuild command. See the devofcodes-dev-workflow README.Frees disk space in a local Docker install without deleting anything you still need.
docker commands for the tiers you choose, smallest risk first: build cache, broken builders, orphan networks, exited containers, then images. It runs them only with -Execute. Volumes are never in a default tier; each project's volumes are a separate decision.docker system prune -a or docker volume prune. These read your org's values (owner, repos, board, labels, routing) from .claude/toolkit.json in your backlog repo. If the file is missing, they ask and offer to write it. See the devofcodes-repo-ops README for every key, and examples/acme/ for a filled-in example.
Turns a request, a finding or a messy idea into GitHub issues in one plain format.
Due: YYYY-MM-DD line, labels, and a Status and Due on your project board.Answers "what needs me?" across every repo you list.
Keeps one page that maps your org: every repo, account and provider, the rules that hold across them, and the command that shows each one's live state.
A read-only planner for work that spans several repos or accounts.

Reviews something that failed (a release, a UAT round, a deploy, a migration, a deadline) and ends with the one fix that comes first.
git, and the GitHub CLI to read issues, pull requests and CI runs. Without it, it works from what you paste.| Folder | What is in it |
|---|---|
routines/ | The status digest as a scheduled cloud routine: what it needs, the prompt, and how to check the first run |
patterns/ | Six short write-ups of the choices behind the toolkit, to copy into your own setup |
examples/acme/ | A fictional org's settings file, org map and sample digest |
docs/site.json | The catalog that the toolkit's web page reads. CI checks it against the repo. |
Issues and pull requests are welcome; a person reads every one. CONTRIBUTING.md has the rules, and the skill problem template is for a skill that misbehaved.
