Both roles read and write the same state, so every step is visible from the other side. Use the demo bar at the bottom of the screen to switch roles and to reset everything to the starting state.
No black box, no AI. A candidate is scored on four things the business can already see on the profile:
| Signal | Weight |
|---|---|
| Skills the shift asks for | up to 55 |
| Same district | 15 |
| Availability fits the shift | 15 |
| Verified student | 10 |
| Rating | 5 |
Every screen showing a score can explain it — see matchScore() in src/store.tsx.
