Everything is saved in your browser's local storage on the device you use. It stays when you close the tab, but:
Use Brands & creators → Your data → Download backup now and then. To move your calendar to another computer, restore that file there.
The first time you open it, the app loads demo content (two made-up brands and four made-up creators). Choose Clear demo and start fresh to begin your own plan.
The whole app is one file, index.html. It has no build step and no dependencies to install.
