Getting started (local development)

# 1. install dependencies
pnpm install

# 2. copy env files
cp .env.example .env
cp apps/dashboard/.env.local.example apps/dashboard/.env.local

# 3. start Postgres + Redis
docker compose -f infrastructure/docker/docker-compose.yml up -d postgres redis

# 4. run api + dashboard in dev mode
pnpm dev

• API: http://localhost:3001 (health check at /health)
• Dashboard: http://localhost:3000

docker compose -f infrastructure/docker/docker-compose.yml up --build
