Five Claude Code plugins, Python stdlib + git. ar-board: judge agent proposals one by one on a local board; the agent keeps your reasons. publish-check: scan a repo's history for personal data before it goes public. tidy-board: delete stale branches, worktrees, and stashes only on approval. Plus doc, handoff, and TODO tools, and a status line.

Read the full README ↗A small, carefully built collection of skills and plugins for Claude Code. Every plugin is self-contained, dependency-free where it can be, tested, and installable with two commands from the plugin marketplace.
| Plugin | What it does | Changes |
|---|---|---|
| ar-board | A local approve/reject board. The agent proposes N options, you judge them one by one with the keyboard (A approve, R reject, M maybe) and leave comments; the agent then acts only on what you approved and remembers your preferences for the next rounds. Boards can use their own wording and colours for the three choices (for example Delete / Keep / Later) and ask for a second press on risky cards. It also ships question-board, a form for a round of independent questions. | CHANGELOG |
| publish-check | A read-only scan of a git repository, working tree and full history, for Claude conversation links, home paths, e-mail addresses and your own internal names, to run right before something goes public. Not a secret scanner. | CHANGELOG |
| tidy-board | Stale git branches, worktrees and stashes as cards on a local board. Each card shows its proof of being merged; you choose delete, keep or later; a separate apply re-checks every approved item before deleting it, and anything that exists in one place only is backed up first. | CHANGELOG |
| housekeeping | Small tools that keep a repository and a work session honest without editing your tracked files. doc-truth checks that what your markdown documents say exists (cited paths, links and anchors, EN/PT-BR heading parity, versions and plugin lists against the manifests); handoff writes an end-of-session note whose git facts come from git and whose citations are verified; todo-sweep triages TODO and FIXME comments, oldest first, on a local board. | CHANGELOG |
| header-footer | A header line at the top of every Claude reply (time, date, branch and more), computed by a hook so it is never guessed, and a configurable status-line footer (session tokens, plan limits, clock, branch, model, context). One config file, one command to turn each piece on or off or to pick its fields. | CHANGELOG |
Inside Claude Code:
/plugin marketplace add dvwinck/capybara-toolbox
/plugin install ar-board@capybara-toolbox
/plugin install publish-check@capybara-toolbox
/plugin install tidy-board@capybara-toolbox
/plugin install housekeeping@capybara-toolbox
/plugin install header-footer@capybara-toolbox
Install only the plugins you want, restart Claude Code, then ask in plain language or call the skill by name:
| Plugin | Ask Claude | Or call |
|---|---|---|
| ar-board | "give me 10 improvements for this repo as an AR board" | /ar-board:ar-board, /ar-board:question-board |
| publish-check | "scan this repo for leaks before I publish it" | /publish-check:publish-check |
| tidy-board | "clean up my stale branches" | /tidy-board:tidy-board |
| housekeeping | "check the docs", "write a handoff", "triage the TODOs" | /housekeeping:doc-truth, /housekeeping:handoff, /housekeeping:todo-sweep |
| header-footer | "put the branch in the header", "turn the footer on" | /header-footer:header-footer |
From a local clone (no GitHub access needed):
git clone https://github.com/dvwinck/capybara-toolbox.git
/plugin marketplace add ./capybara-toolbox
/plugin install ar-board@capybara-toolbox
Without the plugin system — copy a plugin's skills into ~/.claude/skills:
./install.sh --list # available plugins
./install.sh ar-board # install or upgrade
./install.sh ar-board --uninstall
Single-file variant — plugins/ar-board/dist/ar-board-single-file.SKILL.md is a self-contained SKILL.md with the server script embedded (it installs the script into ~/.claude/ar-board/ on first use), for surfaces that accept a lone SKILL.md. The plugin install above is the supported route.
Pick one route. Installing through the marketplace and with
install.shleaves two copies of the same skill (/ar-board:ar-boardand/ar-board). Uninstall one of them (claude plugin uninstall ar-board@capybara-toolboxor./install.sh ar-board --uninstall).
