-44 for 44 BCE)# 1. Install dependencies
npm install
# 2. Start the Vite dev server
npm run dev
The app is served at http://localhost:5173.
Note — API in development: The serverless function at
api/year.jsruns on Vercel's edge infrastructure. For local development, install the Vercel CLI and runvercel devinstead ofnpm run devif you want live SPARQL calls.npm run devalone still works — the Vite proxy will 404 on/api/*, but you can mock responses or point the client at a deployed preview URL by settingVITE_API_BASEin a.env.localfile.
ChronoGraph queries the public Wikidata SPARQL endpoint directly — no registration, tokens, or billing needed for the MVP.
