codemux CLI or the local Unix socket APIDownload the latest .AppImage from Releases, make it executable, and run:
chmod +x Codemux-*.AppImage
./Codemux-*.AppImage
Split panes with keybinds, open a browser pane for testing, and use the changes panel to review diffs and commit when ready.
Codemux ships an MCP server (codemux mcp) that lets any MCP-compatible client drive a running Codemux app programmatically — managing workspaces and git worktrees, launching agent presets, reading and writing terminals, controlling the browser pane, and browsing GitHub issues. It's bundled with the binary; no separate install. See the MCP Server docs for setup and the full tool surface.
