supabase/schema.sql. This creates the five tables
(contacts, collabs, deliverables, ideas, tasks) plus settings,
and locks them so only signed-in users can read or write.anon public key (or "Publishable key" on newer projects).config.example.js to config.js and paste in
those two values:
cp config.example.js config.js
config.js is gitignored — each place this runs (your machine, a teammate's,
a host) needs its own copy. The anon/publishable key is public by design
(safe in client code); real access control lives in the Row Level Security
policies in schema.sql, not in hiding this key.index.html in a browser (or serve the folder with any static
server). Sign in with the account you create for yourself in the next step.Login is email + password — there's no magic link and no self-serve sign-up, so every account is created by hand:
Anyone who signs in gets full read/write access to the shared board — this is a small internal CRM, not a multi-tenant product, so there's no per-user permission tier. Because login never sends an email, there's no rate limit to worry about as more people start using it.
schema.sql only creates tables that don't exist yet. When a newer version of
the app adds a column, a database created earlier needs it added once. This is
safe to run any number of times (Supabase -> SQL Editor):
alter table contacts add column if not exists notes text default '';
alter table collabs add column if not exists archived boolean default false;
alter table tasks add column if not exists archived boolean default false;
alter table deliverables add column if not exists price numeric;
If a change doesn't stick (or doesn't show for a teammate), the red banner at the top of the app now says when a column is missing.
This is a static file with no build step, so any static host works once
config.js is set: Vercel, Netlify,
or GitHub Pages (Settings -> Pages -> deploy from the main branch — note Pages
requires the repo to be public, or GitHub Pro/Enterprise for a private one).
The dashboard has a "Shopify sales this month" tile (total sales, with net sales
and order count underneath). The store credential has to stay on the server, so
the tile calls api/shopify-sales.js, a Vercel function that only answers
signed-in Collabs users. Until the keys exist the tile shows "Not connected".
read_reports), then install it on the store.SHOPIFY_ACCESS_TOKEN, or SHOPIFY_CLIENT_ID + SHOPIFY_CLIENT_SECRET
(Production). Never put these in the repo or in config.js.Optional variables: SHOPIFY_SHOP (defaults to b15dcb-90.myshopify.com) and
SHOPIFY_API_VERSION. If the tile shows a Shopify error message instead, that
message is Shopify's own (for example a missing permission).
index.html — the whole app (UI, state, and the Supabase data layer in useStore()).supabase/schema.sql — table definitions + RLS policies, run once per project.config.example.js — template for config.js (your Supabase URL + anon key).api/shopify-sales.js — Vercel function behind the Shopify tile.This started as a Claude.ai Artifact using window.claude.use("db") for
storage, which only works inside Claude.ai. This version replaces that with
real Supabase auth and a Postgres backend so it works anywhere and the team
can actually share data.
