Read the full README ↗A tiny Mac menu-bar app, Windows tray app, and iPhone app that turns your GitHub contributions into a friendly leaderboard among friends. See who's shipping, get a nudge when someone passes you (or you pass them), and watch your spot on the board move through the day.
On Windows, run the per-user installer, then connect GitHub from the tray. The installer is unsigned: if SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway. The x64 build runs on ARM PCs through emulation. Updates are verified using a dedicated updater signature. Uninstall through Settings → Apps → Installed apps.
For Mac, the download link always points at the newest release. Then:
The Mac app is signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens without security warnings. It keeps itself up to date automatically — no need to re-download.

Committed for iPhone (iOS 27.1 or later) isn't publicly available yet; TestFlight comes first. It has the same board, plus People and Settings tabs.
The marketing site for gitcommitted.app lives in site/ — a static Next.js app (cd site && npm install && npm run dev). It's independent of the Xcode project and release scripts.
For Windows, see windows/README.md. Both platforms share the version in the Mac Info.plist and ship together in one GitHub Release. Windows CI prepares the installer; publishing is done from a Mac.
Source: prompthunt/committed. This repository starts from a clean source snapshot. Earlier development history and internal account records are retained separately and are not part of this repository. Use macOS 26+ and Xcode 26+. Developer ID signing and notarization credentials are only needed for official distribution; local builds use ad hoc signing.

The iPhone app is the CommitStandingsiOS scheme in the same project. It needs Xcode 27.1 and
an iOS 27.1 simulator (for example iPhone Duo). Live rank uses the Committed relay
(relay/) only when the build sets COMMITTED_RELAY_URL; see relay/README.md.
Read CONTRIBUTING.md for setup and pull requests, AGENTS.md for release invariants, and SECURITY.md to report a vulnerability privately. Official releases keep their existing update feed.
