- Learner Permit at 15 with Driver Ed enrolled or finished, or 16 without
- Written Exam: 20 questions, 15 to pass, $4 per failed retake
- Permit issuance fee: $42.50
- Hold the permit 180 days, log 50 practice hours, 10 at night
- Work Zone Safe course required before the Intermediate License
- PTDE does not waive the Written Exam
