DROPly Driver
A mobile-first driver app for DROPly — accept deliveries, call vendors and
customers, follow the guided pickup → delivery flow, and withdraw earnings.
Built on the same Next.js scaffold as the customer and vendor apps
(TanStack Query, Axios, NextAuth credentials, proxy middleware,
shared DROPly orange/black branding).
Prerequisites
- Node.js >= 20.9.0
- An API backend that exposes
/auth/login and /auth/session-details
(not required yet — the app runs on a demo store, see below)
Environment Variables
Create a .env file in the project root and add the following:

Installation
npm install
Running the App
npm run dev
Open http://localhost:3000 — it redirects to /driver.
Sign in with any phone number + PIN (demo auth).
Backend seam
There is no driver backend yet. All delivery requests, wallet data, and auth
run through a demo store:
src/features/driver/api/demo-store.ts — one action per future API call
(acceptDelivery → POST /deliveries/:id/accept, requestWithdrawal →
POST /driver/withdrawals, etc.). Each action has a TODO(backend) note.src/features/driver/api/driver-auth.ts — sessionStorage session; swap for
real apiClient calls when the API lands.
