npm install
Create a Supabase project.
Open Supabase SQL Editor and run:
supabase/schema.sql
inspection-photos
.env.example to .env.local and add your Supabase keys:NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL=your-supabase-url
NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY=your-supabase-anon-key
npm run dev
http://localhost:3000
This MVP uses simple public/demo-friendly Supabase access so you can test the workflow quickly. Before using it with real client data, add Supabase Auth, row-level security policies, backups, and production hosting security.
This version adds an AI layer for inspection reporting:
Add this to .env.local:
OPENAI_API_KEY=your_openai_api_key
Then install dependencies and run the app:
npm install
npm run dev
Create a public Supabase Storage bucket named:
inspection-photos
The AI photo review uses the public image URL so the image can be evaluated.
AI-generated comments and photo evaluations are drafting tools only. The inspector must verify the defect, section placement, severity, and wording before the report is published.
