AI Decision System
Replayable, offline-verifiable records for AI-assisted go/no-go decisions: experiment promotions, typed model answers and human-approved actions.
Gannin shows who has which pull requests, reviews and issues in flight across your GitHub orgs, measures how work flows, and runs Claude Code on the issues, all from one native Mac app.

refreshes them (docs/SCREENSHOTS.md).
Download Gannin from gannin.ai, or install it with Homebrew:
brew install --cask andrew-waters/tap/gannin
Requires Xcode 26 or later and XcodeGen.
brew install xcodegen
xcodegen generate
open Gannin.xcodeproj
The project is generated from project.yml and isn't checked in, so run xcodegen generate
again after adding or removing files. To build and test from the command line:
xcodebuild -project Gannin.xcodeproj -scheme Gannin -destination 'platform=macOS' build
xcodebuild test -project Gannin.xcodeproj -scheme Gannin -destination 'platform=macOS' -skipPackagePluginValidation
scripts/relaunch.sh builds a signed copy, so it reads the same keychain token, and then
replaces any running Gannin with it. --no-build relaunches the last build.
