Sno Station
Sno Station is your agents' workstation: open-source software that turns the AI agents you already run into one squad on your own machine. Two heads are better than one, and they get better with every

full software lifecycle, closed-loop
Best-of-breed skills and agents for the full software lifecycle — requirements,
architecture, design, implementation, review, testing, accessibility, debugging, and bounded
autonomous repair — usable from Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
The canonical source of truth is .developer/; thin runtime adapters point back to it.

gh, az, npx playwright, npx axe)For version 1.0.4 changes and the a11y agent/config-path migration, see the
release notes. The release preserves the seven accessibility skill names;
individual skills do not carry separate release versions.
Register the marketplace and install the developer plugin for your user account. The plugin is
then available in every project.
GitHub Copilot CLI:
copilot plugin marketplace add deepakkamboj/developer-assistant-skills
copilot plugin install developer@developer-assistant-skills
Claude Code:
claude plugin marketplace add deepakkamboj/developer-assistant-skills
claude plugin install developer@developer-assistant-skills --scope user
Invoke any installed skill through the plugin namespace:
/developer:a11y-fix
/developer:code-review
/developer:fix-bug
The marketplace catalogs live in .github/plugin/marketplace.json and
.claude-plugin/marketplace.json. Both point to .developer/, the shared plugin root containing
plugin.json, skills/, and agents/.
The npm package also provides the standalone dev-skills command for listing, validating, and
diagnosing the catalog. Installing this CLI does not copy skills into an assistant folder; use the
commands above for assistant integration.
npm install --global developer-assistant-skills
dev-skills list skills
dev-skills list agents
dev-skills validate
dev-skills doctor
Contributors and users who want the full canonical tree and generated slash-command adapters can clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/deepakkamboj/developer-assistant-skills.git
cd developer-assistant-skills
# Point the plugin at your config (or use ~/.developer/config.json)
cp .developer/config/config.example.json ~/.developer/config.json
export DEVELOPER_CONFIG=~/.developer/config.json # PowerShell: $env:DEVELOPER_CONFIG="$HOME/.developer/config.json"
node bin/cli.js validate
Then invoke a namespaced skill from your assistant:
/developer:code-review, /developer:fix-bug, /developer:a11y-scan, ….developer/AGENTS.md and reference the skill by path.Automation prompts under .github/automations/ and the personal usage.md guide are local-only:
they are ignored by Git, excluded from future npm packages, and not required by repository tests.
Keep backups separately and manage saved Copilot schedules yourself. Untracking these files does
not remove copies from older Git history, release tags or published npm versions, including 1.0.2.
Shared, opt-in CI workflows remain documented in
the workflow guide.

Agents — 15 review critics (code-reviewer, security-advocate, architecture-advocate,
performance-advocate, accessibility-advocate, unit-testing-advocate, e2e-test-author,
manual-tester, observability-advocate, dependency-manager, style-guardian,
internationalization-expert, documentation-steward, refactorer, debugger) plus 5 leads/gates
(supervisor, traceability-keeper, bug-exterminator, repair-validator, a11y).
Each skill's instructions live in .developer/skills/.
The original seven accessibility workflows are retained. One a11y-review skill contains the
complete interaction, contrast, color, links, display modes and viewport procedures under six
mode headings. Use --mode interactive|contrast|color|links|modes|viewports|all.
One accessibility guidance document contains shared
instructions, the 55-criterion map, ten inspection/repair families, twenty verification scenarios
and optional private policy templates, organized by scope. Forms, authentication, tables, media,
timing and pointer alternatives remain covered.
The combined a11y agent supplies audit orchestration and a read-only review mode.
The separate diff critic and independent verification remain available; a fixer cannot
self-certify as independent. repo/prereq-check and repo/plugin-version-check provide portable
readiness and approval-only release inventory workflows. These are instructions using verified
host/project tooling, not additional bundled scanner or updater scripts.
See the capability map and synchronization boundaries. FastPass and Lighthouse are excluded. Internal integrations are not imported, and no existing workflow, optional policy overlay, Markdown/HTML report format or human approval gate is removed.
