All six build steps are in: the app shell (offline, installable), the IndexedDB data layer, JSON backups with a weekly reminder, the Active workout screen (prefill from last time, steppers, rest timer, live e1RM, plates per side), Today (up next, week strip, recent top sets), History (search, PRs) and Lifts (e1RM chart, stats, top-set history). Exercises carry details: specific equipment, target muscles, angle, grip, cable attachment, one side at a time, bar weight and setup notes. v0.8 adds feedback: a NEW PR banner and fanfare when a top set beats your best e1RM, hard sets per muscle this week and lifts not trained lately on Today, and a summary after Finish (also from History) that you can share. See CLAUDE.md for the rules and design/ for the screens.
