The blog lives at /blog and reads published articles from Supabase with a five-minute cache. See the publishing runbook and editorial brief.
Validate an article before publishing:
node --test scripts/blog/validate.test.mjs
node scripts/blog/prepare.mjs content/blog/high-protein-meal-prep.json /tmp/instacal-blog.sql
The second command writes reviewable SQL; it does not execute it. The Codex weekly automation uses the connected Supabase plugin to research and publish. The site only uses a public read key and never needs a service-role credential.
