A command generator for Minecraft: Java Edition. Build /give, /tellraw,
/execute, and WorldEdit commands through a UI instead of memorising syntax —
with 3D previews for the commands that describe shapes.
Targets Java Edition 1.21.1.
It ships two ways from one codebase: a hosted web app, and a standalone desktop
app that works with no internet and can hand commands to
Konnekt. See

Minecraft command syntax changes in ways that are easy to get wrong. Between 1.21.1 and 1.21.5 the enchantments component was restructured, every attribute ID was renamed, and text components moved from JSON strings to SNBT. A generator that hardcodes syntax for one version silently emits invalid commands for every other.
So Kommands treats commands as data:
The app is scaffolded and generating. Four commands are complete — /give,
/tellraw, /execute and //generate — and every one of the 78 vanilla skeletons
derived from mcmeta is reachable through a single dynamic route. WorldEdit's
expression language has a headless evaluator, specified against WorldEdit's own test
suite rather than by description, and //generate now has a 3D preview: the
formula is evaluated across the selection and drawn as voxels, hollow included, with
Three.js loaded only by the commands that need it.
The web build is not deployed yet and the desktop shell is not written yet. Next up is giving a command a life beyond the tab that built it: saved commands, a dashboard that replaces the placeholder landing page, the Wails v2 shell, and the link into Konnekt.
See docs/roadmap.md for what is planned Now / Next / Later, and the
issue tracker for what is in flight.

Kommands is free software under the MIT licence: use it, change it and share it, commercially or not, as long as the licence notice travels with it.
The MIT licence covers the code written for this project. NOTICE lists
what it does not cover: Minecraft game data, WorldEdit test cases transcribed under
the GPL, and the Wails packaging templates. It also explains the licence texts that
every build ships in third-party-licenses.txt.
