KuroCMS is a lightweight headless CMS that runs entirely on the Cloudflare global network (Workers + D1 + KV + R2). It pairs a polished admin with high‑performance edge delivery — and is designed so a typical blog runs comfortably within Cloudflare's free tier.
/api/mcp so Claude / Claude Code can create, update, publish, and build content conversationally (PAT‑authenticated, same permissions as REST).KuroCMS installs into your own Cloudflare account from the browser — no PC setup, no CLI, no build:

This repository publishes the core source code of KuroCMS for transparency — so anyone (especially the security‑minded) can review what the software actually does. You don't build or deploy from here — installation is the one‑click web installer above.
| Path | Contents |
|---|---|
src/ | Cloudflare Worker source (the CMS itself) |
migrations/ | D1 database schema migrations |
Release history — versions, change notes, and the built worker.js — lives on the
Releases page. Build tooling,
configuration, and maintainer scripts are intentionally omitted (source‑review mirror,
not a build target).
The admin Dashboard checks for updates and applies them with one click — no CLI, no build. Releases publish frequently (often several a day), so installs choose one of two channels:
| Channel | Tracks | Moves forward |
|---|---|---|
| Stable (default) | The newest release not marked Pre-release on GitHub | Only when the maintainer explicitly promotes a release — so a same-day regression doesn't reach every install automatically |
| Latest | Every release, including Pre-release-tagged ones | Immediately, on every release |
Flip “Always update to latest” in Dashboard → KuroCMS to switch to the Latest channel; leave it off to stay on Stable. Both the installed, stable, and latest version numbers are shown on the same card.
