LiveAskew — Bee

Bee is one product on three surfaces: web app, iOS, and Android. The stylist is the same — Fit, Feel, and Fabric. Clothes follow your body. We never alter it.

• App ID: co.liveaskew.app (permanent on iOS and Android)
• Website: / (the LiveAskew house site, src/site/). Web app: /app on this Vercel project
• Design: Apple-native. The app uses iOS grouped surfaces, SF type, a frosted tab bar, and light / dark from the system (src/mobile/styles.css); the website uses liquid glass on black, white, and gold (src/styles.css). Brand layer: the four black-and-gold crests (Bee, Honey, Buzz, Hive) in src/assets/brand/, text gold #7d5a0e, fill gold #e2b04a.

Service boundaries

• GitHub: source of truth (harrisoma/Liveaskew).
• Vercel: Bee web app and Bee API routes.
• Capacitor: iOS and Android shells.
• Supabase: authentication, database, and storage.
• Onixus AI: OpenAI-compatible /v1 for model routing.

LiveAskew sends Authorization: Bearer <ONIXUS_AI_API_KEY>, X-Onixus-Organization-ID, and X-Onixus-Client: liveaskew on AI requests. Keep all Onixus credentials server-side.

Local development

1. Copy .env.example to .env and add the required values.
2. Run npm install.
3. Run npm run dev for the web app, or npm run cap:sync then open Xcode / Android Studio.

For native store binaries, also set VITE_API_BASE and/or CAPACITOR_SERVER_URL to the Vercel origin so /api is not relative to a file WebView.

For the current Supabase deployment, set ONIXUS_AI_BASE_URL to the Edge Function URL without a trailing slash: https://rjwbfkuzgusaoizcmmgf.supabase.co/functions/v1/onixus-ai-gateway. The service role key and all Onixus values must never use the VITE_ prefix.

Environment files are intentionally excluded from Git. Configure production values in Vercel Project Settings.

LiveAskew in Claude, ChatGPT, and other assistants (MCP)

LiveAskew is a remote MCP server at /api/mcp (Streamable HTTP, stateless JSON-RPC), with its own OAuth 2.1 authorization server (dynamic client registration, PKCE S256, public clients).

• Connect: in Claude, Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector with https://www.liveaskew.com/api/mcp; in ChatGPT, add it as a connector in developer mode.
• The member signs in at /oauth/authorize with her LiveAskew email (a one-time code) and allows the assistant. Tokens: 1-hour access, 30-day rotating refresh, stored only as hashes in mcp_tokens.
• Tools: get_today, list_looks, get_calendar, ask_bee (counts toward the member's Bee use and follows the same trial/membership gate and crisis-safety prompt as the app).
• Code: src/lib/mcp/ (protocol, tools, OAuth), routes under src/routes/api/mcp.ts, src/routes/api/oauth/, src/routes/[.]well-known/, src/routes/oauth/authorize.tsx.
