A collection of portable, composable Agent Skills for codebase exploration, disciplined delivery, and multi-agent coordination.
Each skill is self-contained and can be installed independently. interactive-codebase-atlas and orchestrator are explicit-invocation-only skills; neither is selected automatically. The atlas never adds generated output to the repository being studied.

| Skill | What it does | Install |
|---|---|---|
| interactive-codebase-atlas | Builds an evidence-backed, browser-based map of a codebase, including a file-by-file Reading Order, in a separate, untracked sibling directory. | npx skills@latest add Martin-Kocev/skills --skill interactive-codebase-atlas |
| gitflow-feature-workflow | Runs features, hotfixes, and releases through strict main/dev Gitflow with a written plan, test-first development, branches announced to the team on start, and an Obsidian-friendly project wiki. | npx skills@latest add Martin-Kocev/skills --skill gitflow-feature-workflow |
| orchestrator | Explicitly invoked coordination of separable work across Claude and Codex subagents under a chosen model and concurrency cap, followed by independent verification. | npx skills@latest add Martin-Kocev/skills --skill orchestrator |

Use $interactive-codebase-atlas to create an island-based atlas for this repository.
Use $gitflow-feature-workflow to implement this change through the correct Gitflow lifecycle.
Use $orchestrator to coordinate this work across specialized subagents and verify the result.
The orchestrator runs only when invoked as /orchestrator (Claude Code) or $orchestrator (Codex); task complexity or the presence of separable work does not activate it automatically. It asks for a subagent model and a concurrency cap before dispatching, unless they are given inline (for example /orchestrator model=sonnet max=3 <task>).
The Gitflow workflow keeps a plan in .gitflow/plan.md (excluded locally) and a project wiki in docs/wiki/. It pushes each new branch with an empty start commit describing the planned change, keeps commits local while building, and pushes again when the branch is finished; it lints the wiki with python scripts/wiki_lint.py docs/wiki on release branches.
The atlas defaults to ../<repo-name>-codebase-atlas/. Generated atlas files are output artifacts, not part of the repository being analyzed.

Each folder is self-contained. The skills CLI discovers valid SKILL.md files recursively and presents each skill as a separate installable entry.
Node.js 20 or newer is recommended.
npm test
The test suite validates every skill package, checks referenced resources, syntax-checks JavaScript, validates the atlas template, and runs its dependency-free data and progress tests. Browser interaction tests are included in the atlas template but require Playwright and are not part of the dependency-free repository check.
The canonical public repository is Martin-Kocev/skills. Skills become eligible for skills.sh automatically after installations are reported by the CLI; there is no separate package upload.
