A two-engine platform: custom manufacturing quote-to-order (buyer uploads a
part spec → Machining/Fabrication vendors submit quotes → order → production
→ delivery) plus a raw materials marketplace (buyer browses/buys listed
metals, plastics, sheets from Raw Material Supplier vendors). Fabrication and
Raw Material vendors are separate roles with separate onboarding, KYC, and

Install dependencies:
npm install
Copy .env.local.example to .env.local and fill in your Supabase
project's URL and anon/publishable key (Project Settings → API in the
Supabase dashboard):
cp .env.local.example .env.local
Apply the database schema to your Supabase project, in order:
supabase link --project-ref <your-project-ref>
supabase db push # applies supabase/migrations/*.sql in order
Or paste each file in supabase/migrations/ (0001, then 0002, then 0003)
into the Supabase SQL editor, followed by supabase/seed.sql.
Run the dev server:
npm run dev
Open http://localhost:3000.
.env.local in the Vercel project settings, and deploy.See supabase/migrations/0001_init.sql for the full schema: profiles,
vendor_profiles (with vendor_type splitting Fabrication vs Raw Material),
master_items (Category & Material Master — processes/materials/units/finishes
with self-referencing grades), rfqs, quotes, listings, orders, order_items,
payments, payouts, reviews, disputes, support_tickets, coupons — plus a
trigger that auto-populates profiles/vendor_profiles from
auth.users.raw_user_meta_data on signup, and RLS policies scoping every
table to the appropriate role.
