/merchant-feed.xml is the Google Merchant Center product feed. It lists products checkout can charge right now, at the catalog price, including the digital memorial page. Waitlist plaques stay out. The concierge service stays out because Shopping does not allow services. The same URL is noted in robots.txt.
/llms.txt describes the site, those products, the waitlist, and the key pages. Product and FAQ structured data stays on the pages.
